ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf says Panamagate case investigation couldn’t be processed until Nawaz Sharif continue as the prime minister, ARY News reported.
Speaking to media here, Khan said the government was busy in money making and paying little heed on state affairs.
He underlined that his all asset details were available with the Election Commission of Pakistan. He reiterated that PM’s daughter Maryam Nawaz was the beneficial owner of London flats, but “she is being protected by the government”.
He castigated the PML-N government for failing to submit any concrete evidence in the court for nine months.
He casted doubt on evidences being furnished in the court, saying documents which could be prepared in Pakistan were sent to the court by Sharif family.
Earlier in the Panama case hearing today at the Supreme Court, Advocate Salman Akram Raja told the court that record for the Sharif family’s business dealings for the last four decades couldn’t be reproduced, as “it was lost during the 1999 martial law”.
He also argued that the court cannot reach a just conclusion in the case without first conducting a judicial inquiry.
